Zeeshan Ali Pandhiani is the Head of HR & Admin at Transkarachi. A seasoned HR professional, he is a result oriented professional specializing in Organizational Development & Re-Design, Change and Transformation, Leadership and Culture Development, Performance Management, Executive Assessment and Staffing and has over 24 years of experience under his belt.
During his professional career, he has worked on and led various strategic initiatives related to Compensation Framework, People & Culture, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Diversity, Strategy & Structures, HR Policy, Engagement and Capability Development. He also assisted leadership teams in creating a diverse and collaborative working environment by promoting a common understanding and commitment to the company’s mission enabled through meaningful Human Capital strategies.
Prior to joining Transkarachi, Zeeshan served as Group Head HR, Admin, Archive & Aviation at Omni Group of Companies. He has held several leadership positions as Senior GM, GM & Sectional Head in the public and private sector. He has also worked with renowned national and international organizations including UNICEF, Asian Development Bank, Ministry of Planning & Development and the Government of Sindh.
Zeeshan holds a Master’s in Business Administration degree with a specialization in Human Resource Management.
