Muhammad Iqbal Lalani is the Company Secretary of TransKarachi. Prior to this role, Iqbal was associated with Greenstar Social Marketing where he served as the Company Secretary and head of HR / Admin, Corporate & the Legal department. He has also spearheaded the finance functions in multiple companies as the ‘Chief Financial Officer’ at Al-Karam Textiles Mills Limited, MFMY Group, PICIC Insurance & Crescent Fibres Limited allowing him to bring a diverse skillset to the table.
He holds a Masters degree in Finance and Accounts, and is a Fellow Member of ICMAP & ICSP by profession. Iqbal is also a certified Director from Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance.
With over 25 years of experience under his belt, Iqbal is an expert in Corporate and Finance affairs as well as Secretarial Practice and has championed these roles in all the organizations he has served to date.
