Exciting Milestone Achieved: Handover of Land at Bagh-e-Karachi (Ex Aladin Park) for KBRT Red Line Bus Depot 🚌

We are thrilled to announce a significant achievement as we mark the successful completion of the demarcation process for the 16-acre land designated for the KBRT Red Line Bus Depot at the former Aladin Park location. This major milestone was reached through collaborative efforts and dedication.

A collaborative effort witnessed a combined visit from esteemed individuals: Mr. Athar Naqvi and the dedicated team from KMC Officials, the Resident Engineer from PMCS, along with GM P&I TransKarachi, Pir Sajjad, and Manager Infrastructure Zeeshan Haider.

✅ Underground Bus Depot: 18meter Underground Bus Depot accommodating over 300 buses

🚗 Ample Car Parking: A spacious car parking area will be constructed, ensuring hassle-free accessibility for everyone.

🌳 Public Park: Enhancing the quality of life for residents, a public park will be developed, offering a green oasis for relaxation and recreation.

🌊 Eco-Friendly Oasis: We’re bringing nature to the park! A water feature will be added to collect rainwater, promoting sustainability.

🚴 Covered Bicycle Parking and Washroom Facilities: we are proud to announce the inclusion of covered bicycle parking and convenient washroom facilities for cyclists and visitors.

🎨 Sculpture and Art Display Area: A special area featuring sculptures and art displays, where we will be supporting local artists and creating a lively atmosphere in the park.
